The New York City Arts in Education Roundtable is now accepting proposals for sessions and panels for Face to Face 2027, scheduled to take place in April 2027. The 2027 conference will be a hybrid experience with both virtual and in-person offerings. The in-person conference venue is Shepard Hall, City College of New York, 160 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031.

All conference presenters will be offered a $100 honorarium and full registration to the conference.

 PLEASE NOTE: 

• All IN PERSON conference sessions are 90 minutes. All VIRTUAL conference sessions are 60 minutes.
• WORKSHOPS are limited to 2 facilitators. PANELS are limited to 3 speakers and 1 moderator.

 Proposal Application Timeline:

- Application Opens: Wednesday, July 8, 2026

- RFP Info Session: Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 4:00pm ET (Register here)

- Application Closes: Tuesday, September 22, 2025 at 7:00pm ET (PLEASE NOTE: This year's application deadline WILL NOT be extended and no late applications will be accepted. Please plan accordingly for your submission.)

- Applicants Notified: by Monday, December 7, 2026

- Applicant Acceptance Deadline: by Monday, December 21, 2026

- Presenter Orientations (on Zoom): Wednesday, January 7 from 4-6pm ET or Friday, January 9 from 10am-12pm ET

- Conference Dates: 

• Virtual: Tuesdays @ 4pm ET on Zoom – March 30, April 6, April 13, April 20, 2027
• In-person: April 28 & 29, 2027 at CCNY
