The New York City Arts in Education Roundtable is a service organization and a community of arts education practitioners sharing information, providing professional development, and communicating with the public to promote our work in schools and beyond.
The New York City Arts in Education Roundtable is now accepting proposals for sessions and panels for Face to Face 2025, scheduled to take place April 7-17, 2025. The 2025 conference will be a hybrid experience with both virtual and in-person offerings. The in-person conference venue is Shepard Hall, City College of New York, 160 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031.
All conference presenters will be offered a $100 honorarium and full registration to the conference.
PLEASE NOTE: All conference sessions are 90 minutes. WORKSHOPS are limited to 2 facilitators. PANELS are limited to 3 speakers and 1 moderator.
Proposal Application Timeline:
- Application Opens: Wednesday, July 10, 2024
- RFP Info Session: Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 12:00pm ET (Register here)
- Application Closes: Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 7:00pm ET (PLEASE NOTE: This year's application deadline WILL NOT be extended and no late applications will be accepted. Please plan accordingly for your submission.)
- Applicants Notified: by Monday, December 16, 2024
- Virtual Presenter Orientations: Monday, January 13 from 4-6pm ET or Wednesday, January 15 from 10am-12pm ET
- Virtual Conference Dates: April 7-11, 2025
- In-Person Conference Dates at the City College of NY: April 16-17, 2025
